Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or gift cards, are non-returnable.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
